4th Nine Weeks Bonus
Option 1 - Due Wednesday May 18th (12 points)
(nFor your bonus this nine weeks you are going to be constructing nets.
Choose 3 of the nets from the file link on this page. Print them and complete the following. (12 points 4 per shape)
1. Neatly color each net. They should not be left white.
2. Neatly cut and glue your nets together using the tabs provided. No more than 1 piece of tape per shape.
3. Your name and the name of the shape should be visible on one face of each 3D figure.
4. On a second face (or base), list the # of Vertices, Edges, and Faces.
5. Give the surface area and volume of each shape.
Hint: Color and label your figures before cutting them out and putting them together.
All 5 steps must be completed to receive credit for a shape.

Option 2 - Law of Sines and Cosines (12 points)
Earlier in the semester we skipped over Lesson 8.5. To earn your bonus you must learn how to do Lesson 8.5 on your own. It has two distinct parts. The first five problems assigned are using the Law of Sines. The second five problems use the Law of Cosines. I have given you the PowerPoint and notes to learn from. I also assigned 1 odd problem from each set so that you can check your work. All work must be shown and labeled for credit!!!!
